EDB ErgoGroup ASA (OSE: EDBASA) is a Norwegian information technology company that supplies a vast array of services relating to computing, including operation, outsourcing and online banking. The company is headquartered in Oslo and listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Telenor owns biggest part of EDB ErgoGroup. In June 2010 two big IT companies EDB and ErgoGroup announced merging.[1] The company has 10,000 employees in 135 offices in 16 countries.
